As questions come in, the more frequently asked questions will be posted here, as well as the most clear and understandable answers to your questions. Do not be shy about asking, here at Books For Black Women we are here to make your book buying experience as seamless and as smooth as possible.
Can I pick my order up and waive the shipping fees?
Some of the Las Vegas residents, especially North Las Vegas, live close enough to pick up their order. Please call our office so we can waive the shipping costs for you, and set up a pick up time.
How soon do the books ship out?
Books are shipped out the same day if its in stock. If its out of stock, it can take up to 1 week. However, we will call and confirm if this is acceptable or if you would like to cancel the order.
How long does it usually take to get the books once they are shipped?
If you are a Las Vegas Resident, you will get the book the same day, or next day using Media Mail Rate. you can see more rates and timelines on our shipping page
Can I pay cash?
Yes. Please call ahead and schedule a pick up time, and you can pay cash and receive a reciept with the purchase.
We will respond to your comments within 24 hours. You can also call during our business hours 7 days a week, 9am - 7pm at (702) 348-4073. If no one answers, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible :-) |
